What do I need to open an account through video identification?

The quality of the service also depends on your device and the environment from where you will perform the video identification. We recommend using a quiet and bright space, making sure the light source is not placed directly behind or above you, and it does not shine directly into the computer or phone camera. You will need a computer or a mobile device with a camera and a microphone. We suggest using the following devices and software:

How much time do I need to open the account?

When can I start trading?

You can start trading immediately after the contract is confirmed on our part and the money is transferred to your trading account.

Are there any limitations regarding the transaction amount?

Yes, due to the limit on the amount of an individual transaction the highest allowed amount per transaction is limited to €15,000. In case you exceed the amount or wish to trade with higher amounts, you must undergo personal identification in one of our business units.
